  • Not at all. You can come exactly as you are — overwhelmed, unsure, emotional, or simply needing someone to talk to. There is no right or wrong way to show up.

  • Most sessions last 60 minutes, giving you time to settle, speak, and breathe without feeling rushed.

  • Yes. A limited number of pay‑what‑you‑can sessions are available each month for those experiencing financial difficulty.

  • Absolutely. Everything you share is held with care, respect, and complete confidentiality.
