How Sessions Work

Simple, Gentle Experience - Human Parrot talk therapy sessions are calm, intuitive conversations designed to help you feel safe, heard, and supported. No need to prepare or show up a certain way, you arrive as you are.

1. Join From Your Safe Space

Sessions are held online, so you can talk from wherever you feel most comfortable. This is your time and your environment. Face to face sessions are also available.

2. You Lead the Conversation

You choose what you want to talk about. Some people come with a clear topic; others simply need to release what they’ve been carrying. Both are welcome.

3. You Speak — I Listen With Presence

My role is to hold space with compassion and intuition. I listen deeply, reflect gently, and help you find clarity without judgment or pressure.

4. We Follow What Feels True

There is no script. We move at your pace, following your emotions and energy. You can cry, vent, pause, or explore — whatever feels right in the moment.

5. You Leave Feeling Lighter

Most people finish a session feeling clearer, calmer, or more connected to themselves. Sometimes the shift is subtle; sometimes it’s significant — but there is always movement.

Sessions are typically 60 minutes, giving you space to settle, speak, and breathe.

Online 1 Hour - £55.00

In-person 1 Hour - £65.00
