At Human Parrot, I offer a gentle, intuitive form of talk therapy rooted in compassion, presence, and spiritual awareness. This is a space where you can speak freely, release emotional weight, and reconnect with the truth of who you are.

Nourishment and The Body’s Wisdom

Before Human Parrot existed, I managed a café where we cooked clean, intentional food—using nourishment as a form of care. That experience shaped how I understand wellbeing. So much of how we feel emotionally is connected to how we nourish ourselves.

In my work now, I offer gentle reflection on:
