1. Payment

Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed. Payments are processed securely through trusted third‑party providers.

2. Sliding Scale

Human Parrot offers a sliding scale to support accessibility. You may choose the rate that aligns with your circumstances—no explanation required. (Please note: This offer is dependent on Pay-It-Forward donations so please use the form in the contact us page to enquire.)

3. Cancellations

Sessions cancelled with more than 24 hours’ notice may be rescheduled or refunded.

Sessions cancelled within 24 hours are non‑refundable.

Missed sessions (no‑shows) are non‑refundable.

4. Rescheduling

You may reschedule a session once with at least 24 hours’ notice.

5. Refunds

Refunds are issued only when:

A session is cancelled with sufficient notice

Human Parrot must cancel or reschedule unexpectedly

A technical issue prevents the session from taking place

Refunds are not issued for:

Change of mind after the session

Dissatisfaction with outcomes (as results cannot be guaranteed)

Missed or late arrivals

6. Donations & Pay It Forward

All donations and Pay It Forward contributions are voluntary and non‑refundable.
